So Nintendo has released a mini version of the popular Gameboy Advance system with a $100 price tag. Will the price raise and inability to play any Gameboy games except those available for Gameboy Advance make the little handheld undesirable to fans?
Pros
+ Small size (portable) + Brightest screen yet + Plays all GBA games + Interchangable faceplates
Cons
- Steep price tag - Doesn't play older Gameboy games - Unprotected screen (open for scratches)
So, maybe the pros outweigh the cons, four to three, but are the cons important enough to repel fans? I personally do not have any plans to buy a Micro unless it drops to the $50 range.

i don't think the micro is really worth buying.you could always buy one of those SP's with a brighter backlit screen.the only good part about the micro is that it is small.

I'm with you, if it was cheaper I wuold give it a chance. It is much more sensible to get a DS for $30 more.
